ADRC has ensured timely update on the data recovery of my HDD. Besides emails, I also received calls from the admin to arrange and ensure appointment to view and collect my recovered data. I was also given suggestions to expedite the process of getting back my data. This is the first time I've ever needed a data recovery service and hopefully the last. I was doing this by remote control from Shanghai and Elaine and the team responded to my emailed questions promptly - usually within an hour. All steps were completed by the time promised and the price was in the middle of the range they quoted at the beginning. While I think the work was pretty straight forward, there were many logistical steps - several payments via bank transfer, damaged hard drive pick up, purchasing a drive unit to hold the rescued data, and delivery to the repair center working on the hardware. Interestingly, all our communications was via email; I have no idea where their office is located and I've never seen any of their staff. Overall, it was a very professional and positive experience - considering data recovery is a pretty nasty thing to have to deal with.

As your office is very far from my workplace, I appreciate the communication via email and phone calls, and quick response time. I am very thankful for the 100% recovery of data, and also the NDA too, as some of my data are highly confidential while some are family photographs that I can never get back again otherwise.
