I was recommended to approach ADRC both by an external source and by my office IT department. They were thorough in ensuring exactly what data you wanted recovered before undertaking the recovery. I was informed that my system failure was one of the more severe diagnosed, but still ADRC managed to recover over 90% of the data required.

This was the 2nd time the Consus ext harddisk had failed in as many months. Having to run abt 3 places to get a replacement and data backup was a bad experience.
