Service is excellent with constant following up on the status of the recovery via calls and email updates. Yimei is very friendly and patient throughout and whatever doubts I have in mind, she is able to explain to me clearly. The recovery lead time is very effective and i'm glad that almost 90% of the data are being recovered!

I am always impressed with Yimei and May's friendliness upon entering ADRC office. I am also impressed with the engineer(s) who did the recovery job. It was terrible to accidentally format important data; however ADRC service is pleasant and put a smile on me.
