Data Recovery Procedures

Since Covid outbreak, we have re-designed our work flow such that customers will no longer need to visit our office to minimize physical contact. We have adopted to this new way of work process quite effectively and will be keeping it as our standard process.
All processes are now all done on line with immediate assistance using email/whatsapp and local delivery dispatch.

We no longe receive walk in customers so please use the following recommended process:

STEP 1 - FILL UP DATA RECOVERY REQUEST FORM
  1. A REQUEST ID will be generated upon submission of above form. Please take note and indicate the Request ID on the media when you submit the disk to us.

STEP 2 - SEND IN YOUR MEDIA TO US

 

  1. Please fill up the dispatch form to arrange the free pickup. You may want to include an USB data drive with sufficient capacity (with no important data) so we could backup the data during recovery process. Remember to label the parcel with the Request ID generated in step 1 so we know the media is from you.
  2. For Overseas Customers, you may send in using your preferred international courier delivery agents such as DHL, TNT, Fedex. Please note our address below :

Please remember to label the request ID, include a spare data drive and pack your data media well before arranging the delivery.

STEP 3 - EVALUATION STAGE

Our engineers will perform an evaluation of the disk and present you with a price quotation via email before we proceed with the data recovery.
