I encountered "memory card error" in my camera on the last day of a two-week Eastern Europe tour recently and all the photos taken were completely wiped off. Fortunately ADRC staff was so competent to retrieve all the photos. Thank you ADRC.

Service provided from receive of media to the return of the recovered data has been excellent. ADRC requirements and concerns were highlighted before the media is received and this has lessen my worries of the eventual data to be recovered. Data was recovered within the stipulated time frame.
