FAQ
Before sending for data recovery
I have checked that your competitor quoted a much lower price than you do.
Some data recovery companies charge a fixed fee regardless of the outcome of recovery. Our policy is “no required data recovered, no charge”.Some companies also charged a fee assuming that it is for logical recovery or simple hardware failure (such as PCB damage, loose connection etc). After trying their luck, if they fail to work it out, then they will return you the disk which may now be in aggravated conditions.
Others may just serve as a collection centre by sending the media overseas. Such overseas recovery centre may give a slightly lower price point due to high volume from international customers.
Whatever the case, you must understand that there is no "cheapest" price in this market, but an acceptable price to get your data back in time with confidentiality assured. Most of time, you only have one chance to recover your valuable data.
