Adroit Data Recovery Centre certainly knows what they are doing. They managed to recover critical data from my crashed hard disk. We would recommend their service to anyone. They are professional people who will let you decide whether you want to proceed with the recovery by giving you a preliminary report of what data is recoverable, so that you won't feel cheated if the data recovered is not what you want. I think this is very important.

Service provided from receive of media to the return of the recovered data has been excellent. ADRC requirements and concerns were highlighted before the media is received and this has lessen my worries of the eventual data to be recovered. Data was recovered within the stipulated time frame.

The bulk of the data on my HDD was recovered by ADRC within the estimated time-frame provided. They were able to recover my data where another service provider had been unable to after a much longer period of time. The service is fast enough, and the admin process is very flexible. This makes sense as what is more important is to recover the data fast than on spending time on paper work. They have the can attitude and they know what the actual deliverable is – recovered data, not paper work. Overall I am happy with the service provided. You may like to change your Japanese keyboard at the service counter.
