I can feel that your style is very gentleman - you offered to charge 50% due to the severity of the disk damage. Later you offered not to charge if I would reject the data due to the little amount recovery of the damage. You must have been well educated on honesty in doing business. As now there are at least 3 cheaters out of any 4 persons in this world, you are the rare person. Your father must have well educated you when you were young.
